Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vayumlabs provides selective strategic introductions. Because every engagement is highly customised, the following applies:

Cancellation

Either party may cancel an active mandate by written notice (email is sufficient). Upon cancellation, no further fees will be charged.

Refunds

Fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable.

Replace Guarantee

If an introduction we make does not meet the agreed criteria, we will provide one replacement introduction at no additional cost, subject to availability and mutual alignment. This is our sole remedy.

Governing Law

All disputes are governed by the laws of India.
