Vayumlabs Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Vayumlabs services operated by Siddham Sehgal.

Services

We offer selective strategic introductions across capital, talent, coverage, compliance and related professional domains. Engagements begin only after mutual alignment.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel an ongoing mandate by written notice. No further fees will be charged after cancellation is confirmed.

Refund Policy

Fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

Replace Guarantee

If an introduction does not meet the agreed criteria, we will offer one replacement introduction at no extra cost, subject to availability. This constitutes our sole remedy.

Limitation of Liability

Vayumlabs acts solely as a facilitator. We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
